Reservations

All of our equipment is available on a first come first serve basis. To guarantee the equipment you need and help us provide the service you expect, we suggest reservations be made as far in advance as possible.

We’re excited to announce that we now have an online reservation request form! Please note that in order to prevent overbooking, submitting a request is not a guaranteed reservation. We will follow up with a phone call and/or an email to confirm the details of your reservation, and collect a deposit to secure your equipment.

Departure Times

Please check in at least 30 minutes prior to bus departure.

Buses will leave at the times listed below:
9:00 AM, 10:30 AM, 12:00 PM

Cooler Restrictions

Coolers must be under 50 quarts. No more than 2 per raft. No Styrofoam coolers or other Styrofoam containers. No glass bottles or glass containers allowed.

Deposits

A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation, however it will not be charged until the day of your reservation. In lieu of a credit or debit card a cash deposit of half the total reservation amount must be received 48 hours prior to the day of your reservation to secure your reservation.

Cancellation/ No Show Policy

A cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is required.

If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to the reservation date, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee is half of the total reservation amount.

In the event that a reservation is made after the 48 hour window and the reservation is cancelled, a cancellation fee will be charged.

In the event a reservation is a “No Show/No Call”, a cancellation fee will be charged.

Rain Policy

In the event of heavy rains or high water, a rain check will be issued after 12 p.m. on the day of your reservation. These rain checks must be used in the year they are issued.
